Who do you work with?
Small and medium-sized businesses in Northeast BC that want more influence without adding staff, from Fort St. John and Dawson Creek to Chetwynd, Tumbler Ridge and Fort Nelson. Many of our clients have one person, or no one, dedicated to marketing. We also work remotely with businesses across Canada.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. We’re based in Taylor and meet clients in person across the Peace Region. Visits within 100 km of Taylor, including Fort St. John and Dawson Creek, carry no travel charge. Beyond that, we bill mileage, and any hotel, at cost, and we agree it with you before we book. Routine check-ins can also happen by video, whichever suits your team.
Do I need a big budget?
No. Our services start with a fixed-price assessment, and every plan is sized to your current team and budget.
What if I already have a marketing person?
Great. We build the system around them, with workflows, templates and KPIs that make their work easier to repeat and easier to measure.
How fast can you respond in a crisis?
Crisis readiness clients get a guaranteed response within 4 hours (Ready) or 1 hour (Assured). Prepared clients get priority over non-retainer clients, without a guaranteed response time. We also support non-retainer clients, subject to availability.
Do you lock me into a long contract?
Social media retainers have a 6-month minimum and crisis readiness plans have a 12-month term. Assessments and plans are one-time projects.
What happens in the free meeting?
We talk through your current challenges, goals and risks. Afterwards you’ll receive a short written recommendation. There’s no obligation and no sales pressure.
